Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant will join the luxury spa team at One&Only Le Saint Géran, delivering exceptional treatments and guest experiences in line with ESPA and hotel brand standards. This role combines hands‑on therapy work with retail and cross‑selling responsibilities, ensuring guests leave feeling cared for and eager to return.

Key responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments to the highest ESPA standards, tailoring each session to the client’s needs.
• Achieve retail sales targets by recommending after‑care products and preparing purchases at reception.
• Encourage repeat visits through treatment programme recommendations and cross‑selling other spa services.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and ensure treatment rooms are stocked, clean and organized.
• Support other spa departments, including reception and attendant duties, as required.
• Participate in demonstrations, events and ongoing training sessions.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and personal hygiene in line with spa standards.
• Punctual, reliable and prepared for each treatment session.
• Willingness to follow training guidelines set by the Head Therapist.
• Ability to conduct thorough client consultations, noting medical history and concerns.
• Commitment to maintaining a quiet, respectful environment for guests.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ESPA treatment protocols and product usage.

• Excellent client communication and consultation skills.
