Systems Engineer – Netskope Cloud Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with deep hands‑on expertise in Netskope cloud security solutions. The role involves deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing Netskope CASB, App Proxy, and DNS Security across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Netskope CASB, DNS Security, App Proxy, and related SSE capabilities.
• Support cloud application discovery, risk assessment, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot Netskope client, proxy, DNS, and application access issues.
• Define and maintain user, group, device, and application‑based policies.
• Integrate Netskope with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
• Monitor events, alerts, logs, and dashboards for security and operational incidents.
• Produce technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
• Assist internal teams or customers in incident resolution and security posture improvement.
• Support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements linked to cloud security controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network security, or cybersecurity.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Netskope solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network, endpoint, DNS, proxy, and identity layers.
• Good understanding of enterprise SaaS security and cloud applications.
