Team Lead – IT Security & Resilience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to lead and coordinate the bank’s IT security operations, operational resilience, business continuity, incident management, and change governance. Reporting to the Manager – IT Operations, you will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT services through robust security controls and resilience practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of IT security technologies and controls.
• Manage security platforms including PAM, IAM, SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability management, and network security solutions.
• Coordinate security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.
• Support architecture reviews and secure design initiatives.
• Drive cybersecurity and resilience projects such as encryption, PAM, IAM, and SIEM programmes.
• Oversee Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience activities across IT infrastructure and applications.
• Maintain resilience frameworks, recovery strategies, and conduct disaster recovery simulations.
• Promote a culture of security, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Relevant ICT security certification (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL Foundation or higher, Certified Business Continuity Professional).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with PAM, IAM, and SIEM solutions.
• Proficiency in endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability management, and network security platforms.
• Familiarity with Fortinet, Microsoft Security, CyberArk, and Splunk technologies.
