Senior Analyst – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

You will support senior management with administrative tasks related to Architecture, Identity & Access Management and related domains. The role involves close collaboration with multiple internal teams and requires you to understand the organisation’s ecosystem and its interdependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams such as AZ Technology, Compliance, Legal and Service Owners.
• Collect, organise and synthesise inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, summaries and follow‑up action items.
• Provide administrative support for projects, tracking progress and coordinating inputs.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for end‑users.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technology issues appropriately.
• Ability to independently prioritise, work flexibly and meet targets.
• Passion for modern technologies such as AI, big data, analytics, cloud, serverless and event‑driven architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in technology, consultancy, software development or cybersecurity.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Exposure to architecture practices across business, application, data, security, infrastructure, micro‑services and governance.
