Technical Project Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Specialist to join our Integration team and help large global clients connect goFLUENT language training and assessment solutions with their LMS and ATS platforms. You will own end‑to‑end integration projects, from definition through deployment, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to design integration solutions.
• Guide clients on integrating goFLUENT with LMS, ATS, and Single Sign‑On technologies (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support for integration issues and train internal teams.
• Document project progress and share knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
