Account Manager – Corporate & Fiduciary Services

About the role

The Account Manager will be based on‑site in Ebene and act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients. This full‑time role involves coordinating company formation, overseeing ongoing administration, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, serving as their main liaison.
• Coordinate company formation, directorship, and company secretarial tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and review client documentation and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, banks, and service providers as required.
• Monitor deadlines for Global Business Licence entities and collective investment schemes.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship and account management abilities with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of fiduciary, corporate, and trust services, including company administration and domiciliation.
• Competence in accounting, basic financial analysis, and tax compliance.
• Familiarity with Mauritius regulatory frameworks (FSC) and Global Business Licence structures.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluency in English; French or additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using client management systems and handling digital records.
