Account Manager – SMB Market – Mauritius

About the role

Integrity360 is seeking a motivated Account Manager to grow and nurture relationships with existing and new customers in Mauritius, focusing on the SMB segment. The role involves understanding the local business landscape, aligning cybersecurity solutions to client needs, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve individual revenue, gross contribution, and account development targets.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within a defined list of prospective accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across existing and prospective customers.
• Create and execute account plans for both current and target accounts.
• Understand customer business drivers and align Integrity360 solutions to deliver measurable value.
• Identify cross‑sell, upsell and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Based in Mauritius or willing to relocate.
• Strong knowledge of the Mauritian market, key industries and buying behaviours.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Persistent, resilient and able to establish trust at all organisational levels.
• Empathetic approach to understand customer needs and challenges.
