Accountant – Global Operations

About the role

Join Ocorian’s Global Operations team as an Accountant, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of client entities. You will work closely with clients, auditors and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver high‑quality accounting services that meet reporting obligations and support client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and management accounts for a varied client base.
• Apply technical accounting knowledge to ensure accurate reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and deadlines.
• Perform and review bank, investment and balance‑sheet reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and review VAT returns and other statutory deliverables, upholding quality and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Review junior colleagues’ work, providing guidance and fostering capability development.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, auditors and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and collaboration.
