About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the Credit Manager at our Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. The role involves handling credit procedures, maintaining accurate account records and providing excellent service to guests and travel partners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Credit Manager in applying local and Four Seasons credit policies.
- Print, prepare and mail statements for outstanding accounts twice weekly.
- Respond to guest and credit‑card inquiries, preparing adjustments when required.
- Maintain complete and organized records of all outstanding accounts.
- Verify and audit travel‑agent payments, ensuring valid IATA numbers and compliance with commission rules.
- Foster professional relationships with co‑workers, supervisors and all hotel departments.
- Adhere to Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
