Accounts Manager

About the role

The Accounts Manager will lead a sub‑team within Apex Group’s Global Business Sector, ensuring operational excellence and high‑quality client deliverables. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and overseeing daily fund administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of sub‑team deliverables, providing regular updates to the Senior Accounts Manager.
• Ensure final client deliverables are 100 % correct in quality and accuracy.
• Develop deep knowledge of individual client requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee, review and monitor team members’ work, ensuring timely completion of day‑to‑day tasks.
• Review net asset value calculations and daily operations such as bank transfers, trade orders and confirmations.
• Coordinate customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations and maintain updated records.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and tax returns to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Mentor and coach team members, identifying training needs and supporting continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in fund administration or a related Global Business Sector role.
• Degree or substantial completion of a professional ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.
