Accounts Payable Agent – Finance (PTP)

About the role

DHL is looking for an Accounts Payable Agent to join its Finance team. The role focuses on accurate and timely processing of invoices and related activities, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accounts payable processes in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Code and post invoices according to global SOPs and job aids.
• Follow up on goods receipt and obtain necessary approvals to ensure timely posting.
• Resolve minor invoice issues in collaboration with business partners.
• Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding invoices.
• Support internal financial accounting control policies (CRISP controls) and quality control of outsourced accounting activities.
• Assist internal and external audit processes efficiently.
• Maintain and validate documentation such as SOPs, job aids, process flows, and contingency plans.

Required profile

• ACCA Level 1 or higher, or a High School Certificate with accounting focus.
• 2‑3 years of basic accounting experience.
• Experience in reconciliation, banking, and debtor functions.

Required skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
