About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office in Mauritius. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day‑to‑day functionality, manage documentation, and assist with basic financial administration.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain filing systems and company documentation.
- Process and track invoices, quotations, payments, and petty cash.
- Assist with basic office finance administration.
- Answer and direct office phone calls professionally.
- Handle general office administration and coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
- Ensure deadlines and office tasks are completed efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Good time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to multitask and work independently.
- Professional telephone etiquette and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
