AI Operations Analyst (Vision Automation)

About the role

Dayforce’s Innovation Solutions team is looking for an AI Operations Analyst to enhance Vision, an AI‑enabled automated testing platform. You will configure AI prompts, build test steps, and analyze results to improve testing across Dayforce modules such as entitlements, forms, payroll, and employee data.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, create, and maintain AI prompts and automated test steps in Vision.
• Develop and modify test cases for Dayforce workflows, including payroll, entitlements, and configuration scenarios.
• Apply prompt‑engineering techniques to boost AI accuracy and task completion.
• Review automated test outcomes, identify issues, and refine prompts or test logic.
• Support ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of Vision.
• Analyze AI performance, test results, and user feedback to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams, developers, and business partners to gather requirements and define testing needs.
• Document prompts, test cases, workflows, issues, and process changes.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise in multiple Dayforce modules with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear test scenarios and technical requirements.

Required skills

• SQL
• Experience with AI tools such as Cerebro, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Prompt engineering for AI‑driven tasks
• Creating, validating, and maintaining test cases and workflows
