Analyst - Financial Reporting

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the work of your subordinates and actively involved in people management
• Provide day-to-day financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients and structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Ensure that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner, including monitoring tasks
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and review bookkeeping work and accounting files, including checklists to support effective review of the financial statements
• Process client and audit comments, aiming for a maximum of three drafts of the financials
• Work closely with Accounting Teams in various jurisdictions to ensure accurate accounting records and appropriate disclosures
• Act as a main point of contact for locations and cascade information to team members promptly
• Chair weekly meetings with locations, keep minutes up to date and circulate them to relevant parties
• Assist in preparing management reporting packs and monthly service delivery decks for relevant jurisdictions
• Maintain up‑to‑date client databases at all times
• Monitor team KPIs, ensure targets are met and flag any deviations promptly
• Support the audit process to meet milestones and deadlines
• Record time accurately and promptly for yourself and subordinates
• Ensure high‑quality service delivery within the team
• Participate actively in training and coaching of team members
• Foster a team spirit, promote an inclusive environment, act as a role model, and share expertise across functions
