Analytics Lead

About the role

The Analytics Lead will drive data‑driven insights for RAPP’s marketing initiatives, working closely with data analysts, developers, and project managers. Reporting to the Technical Director and the Project Manager, this role requires independent execution and the ability to guide a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise, guidance, and consultancy to internal teams and external partners.
• Plan, monitor, and follow up on daily activities of data analysts.
• Remove impediments to ensure projects progress without blockage.
• Define and maintain technical documentation for data analytics scopes.
• Develop and uphold a data analytics strategy aligned with industry standards.
• Design and deliver training programs for analysts on statistics, tracking, visualization, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all digital assets managed by the data team.
• Act as the primary contact for ad‑hoc data‑related inquiries.
• Oversee proper execution of all data analyst duties while remaining hands‑on.

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Strong data‑driven mindset with excellent presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior analysts.
