Analytics Lead

About the role

The Analytics Lead will join RAPP’s data team to drive data‑centric solutions for our clients. Reporting to the Technical Director and the Project Manager, you will collaborate with analysts, developers and marketing teams to meet business data needs while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise, guidance and consultancy to internal teams and external partners.
• Plan, monitor and follow up on daily activities of data analysts.
• Remove impediments to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery.
• Define and maintain technical documentation for data‑analytics scopes.
• Develop and uphold a data‑analytics strategy aligned with industry standards.
• Design and deliver training programs on statistics, tracking, visualization, analysis and reporting.
• Oversee accurate tracking of all digital assets managed by the data team.
• Act as the go‑to person for ad‑hoc data queries and ensure proper execution of analyst duties.

Required profile

• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior analysts.
• Ability to define strategic data‑analytics approaches and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analytics concepts, including statistics, tracking, visualization, analysis and reporting.
• Experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
