Assistant HR Manager

About the role

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a results‑driven Assistant HR Manager to support HR operations across the group and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on employee relations, talent management, compliance and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of HR services, set service‑level standards and ensure prompt handling of HR requests.
• Guide managers on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations, applying consistent procedures in line with legislation.
• Support manpower planning, monitor headcount against budgets, and coordinate the annual performance‑management cycle.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports and analyses to highlight trends, risks and actions.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, automation and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; professional HR qualification or postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience, including supervisory or HR‑management responsibilities.
• Experience supporting a workforce of 1,000+ employees and managing a sizeable HR team.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR governance and confidentiality requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
