Assistant Level 1 – Contact Centre

About the role

The Assistant Level 1 – Contact Centre will manage inbound and outbound customer communications for Cim Finance, delivering friendly and professional service while supporting basic administrative tasks. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of calls, emails and requests, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Escalate unresolved queries according to company procedures.
• Record accurate customer information in the system and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Support the team with general administrative duties, including preparing memos, letters and forms.
• Manage customer issues and complaints in line with company policies, contributing to feedback and complaints process improvements.
• Participate in sales campaigns and strive to meet set targets.

Required profile

• School leaver certificate; 2–3 years of call‑centre experience is an advantage.
• Customer‑focused with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Professional, reliable, respectful and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
• Good typing and data‑entry abilities.
