Assistant Maintenance Manager – Rooms

About the role

Constance Belle Mare Plage is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager – Rooms to ensure guest rooms and related facilities are maintained to the highest operational and aesthetic standards. You will work closely with the maintenance team, housekeeping, front office and guest relations to deliver safe, efficient, and attractive environments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all maintenance activities for guest rooms, suites, villas, corridors and related areas.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for room equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify defects, prioritize requests and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage room defect and complaint handling, coordinating with housekeeping, front office and guest relations.
• Ensure rooms are technically ready for sale and occupation, meeting health and safety regulations.
• Support urgent out‑of‑hours maintenance situations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest impact and operational urgency.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
