Assistant Manager - ESG & Fund Factsheet

About the role

As an Assistant Manager (Senior Consultant) you will support leading asset managers and financial institutions in navigating the European sustainable finance regulatory landscape. You will be responsible for delivering ESG reporting, regulatory advisory services, and the production of fund factsheets, while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on SFDR and other EU ESG regulations, translating requirements into operational reporting solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end production cycles for fund factsheets and ESG reporting documents, ensuring quality, consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments, advise on product classification (Article 6/8/9), PAI disclosures and ESG data strategies.
• Support service development by designing reporting tools, driving data sourcing, metrics harmonisation and automation initiatives.
• Manage client relationships, lead meetings with senior stakeholders and supervise junior staff, providing technical guidance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainable Finance or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainable finance or financial regulation, preferably within asset management or consulting.
• Strong expertise in SFDR, EU Taxonomy and other ESG frameworks.
• Proven client‑facing experience and ability to manage complex projects across multiple asset classes.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience mentoring junior colleagues.
