Assistant Manager - ESG & SFDR Reporting

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our ESG & SFDR reporting team. You will support leading asset managers and financial institutions in meeting European sustainable finance regulations, helping them translate complex rules into practical reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on SFDR, EU Taxonomy and related ESG regulations, guiding clients through product classification and PAI disclosures.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and design operational reporting solutions across multiple asset classes.
• Lead end‑to‑end ESG reporting cycles, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance of disclosures.
• Support onboarding of new clients and development of new ESG advisory offerings.
• Collaborate with technology teams to automate data sourcing, metric harmonisation and reporting tools.
• Manage client relationships, lead meetings with senior stakeholders and supervise junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainable Finance or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainable finance or financial regulation, preferably within asset management or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SFDR, EU Taxonomy and other ESG frameworks.
• Proven client‑facing experience and ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical abilities and solid understanding of fund structures and asset classes.
