About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Operations Coordinator to join our boutique hotel team. You will work on‑the‑floor, taking ownership of the Guest Stage Ecosystem across our exclusive 23‑room adults‑only sanctuary.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and B Restaurant to swiftly execute strategic directives and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain fast‑paced, fluid communication across all frontline departments, supporting arrival and departure controls and guest experience.

Required profile

• A versatile hospitality professional with frontline experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, or Restaurant Service.
• Fluent communicator in both English and French.
• Master multi‑tasker who pays high attention to luxury detail and is ready to roll up sleeves.
• Proactive, reliable team player who collaborates seamlessly within a tight‑knit management structure.
• High‑energy, results‑driven individual capable of autonomous execution.
