Assistant Villa Manager

About the role

Constance Belle Mare Plage is seeking an experienced and organised Assistant Villa Manager to support the Head of Service and Villa Manager in delivering luxury villa experiences. This role is based on the resort’s beachfront property in Mauritius and focuses on ensuring flawless villa operations, personalised guest service, and effective team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Villa Manager in the efficient day‑to‑day operation of all assigned villas, ensuring they meet luxury standards before guest arrival and throughout the stay.
• Monitor villa cleanliness, presentation, amenities, equipment and overall condition; conduct regular inspections and follow up on any deficiencies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to resolve issues promptly and maintain villa readiness.
• Deliver highly personalised and discreet service to villa guests, handling arrivals, departures, special occasions, VIP requirements and any guest requests.
• Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond to concerns or complaints professionally.
• Supervise and motivate the villa team, conduct daily briefings, monitor attendance and grooming, and ensure adequate coverage according to business levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury villa or hotel operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
