Assistant Villa Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and organised Assistant Villa Manager to support the Head of Service in delivering exceptional villa experiences at our luxury resort. You will ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, coordinate with multiple departments and uphold the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Villa Manager in daily villa operations, ensuring each villa meets luxury standards before guest arrival and throughout the stay.
• Conduct regular villa inspections, monitor cleanliness, amenities, equipment and follow up on any deficiencies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other departments to resolve maintenance, service and guest‑related issues promptly.
• Deliver personalised, discreet service to villa guests, handling arrivals, departures, special occasions and VIP requirements.
• Supervise and coach the villa team, conduct briefings, monitor attendance, grooming and performance, and support training needs.
• Maintain accurate operational records, handovers and reporting, and ensure compliance with health, safety and security standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in villa, property or luxury hotel management.
• Proven experience supervising staff and coordinating teams.
• Strong organisational, time‑keeping and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle guest privacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hospitality management systems.
• Experience with property management software.
