Associate Consultant – Configuration & SQL (Graduate Program)

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the IT Young Graduate Program, you will support the development, maintenance and testing of custom reports, interfaces and applications for a leading European payroll and HR services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and test reports, interfaces and custom applications according to defined specifications.
• Perform simple corrections, minor adaptations and routine maintenance under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with SD Worx standards for development, security, quality and data protection.
• Execute unit tests, technical validations and support post‑production deployments.
• Document technical solutions, flag risks or anomalies and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions, knowledge‑transfer activities and skill development.

Required profile

• Degree or bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
• Interest in payroll and HR processes or willingness to learn them.
