Associate Executive – Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Associate Executive will join Apex Group's Corporate Solutions COSEC team, providing administrative, compliance and regulatory support to overseas client companies. You will work closely with team members to ensure all corporate and legal obligations are met across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply corporate and legal compliance requirements for client companies in their respective jurisdictions.
• Manage anti‑money‑laundering documentation and related compliance processes.
• Organise board and annual meetings, prepare agendas, compile board packs and circulate materials to directors.
• Attend board meetings, take minutes, draft resolutions and secure approvals from directors or chairpersons.
• Update and renew statutory registers, licences, certificates and other regulatory documents, handling associated applications and filings.
• Provide documentation for banking, tax and audit requirements, including internal audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in client and internal trackers.
• Draft, review and vet agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
• Develop SOPs and training material for team members.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines.
• Professional communication skills for interaction with directors, regulators and internal teams.
