Associate Executive

About the role

The Associate Executive will support the Operations Unit‑Head in delivering high‑quality client services. Working under senior guidance, you will ensure accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Open and manage bank accounts and handle related documentation.
• Prepare and file statutory returns with FSC, ROC and other authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers and convene director/shareholder meetings, preparing board papers and minutes.
• Coordinate certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Track executed agreements and ensure proper indexing.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Currently undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
• Strong client‑service mindset and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
