Associate IT Engineer

About the role

The Associate IT Engineer will support the Senior IT Engineer in designing, installing, configuring and implementing IT equipment according to project requirements, timelines and budgets. This role also ensures proper escalation and contributes to a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation and support of IT solutions.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept trials for customers.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of recurring technical problems and propose solutions.
• Follow company and ISO procedures and document all proposals and implementations.
• Attend staff and other meetings.
• Assist with asset management and build a knowledge database to share with the team.
• Provide client support in line with defined SLAs.

Required profile

• Good spoken and written English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems, Information Systems or a related technology field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• At least 1 year of hardware and system support experience on servers and storage devices.
• Microsoft Azure certification and/or Cisco CCNA.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work flexible hours, including public holidays.
