Associate Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead a high‑performing client services sub‑team, delivering world‑class service to a portfolio of corporate clients. The role combines team leadership, operational excellence and client growth, ensuring accurate, timely deliverables while building strong relationships and identifying value‑add opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day operational rhythm of the client portfolio, including accurate time recording and invoice review.
• Drive cash collections within deadlines and enforce quality controls across all processes.
• Maintain clean, accurate client data and documentation in core systems and client management platforms.
• Ensure same‑day acknowledgement of client communications, circulate board papers, issue minutes and meet prescribed KPIs.
• Prevent backlogs by monitoring work logs, following up on open items and closing them promptly.
• Oversee internal file reviews and bank transaction monitoring, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage and develop the sub‑team, fostering operational excellence and client growth.

Required profile

• Meticulous and accountable professional with experience in corporate or client services.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to enforce policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and uncover opportunities.
