Associate Manager – Fund Administration

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a small team delivering high‑quality fund administration, management reporting and statutory reporting services to Apex Group’s global clients. You will ensure timely, accurate output in line with service level agreements, regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of a team to meet client commitments, SLAs and quality standards.
• Oversee preparation and review of bookkeeping, management accounts, interim and annual statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate management and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with local law, IFRS and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and regulators to facilitate audit processes and timely filing of tax and audited accounts.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards, reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Identify and drive automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain internal databases and client records in accordance with company policy.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Ability to motivate, influence and develop a small team.
• Experience with accounting software and database systems.
