Associate Manager – Fund Administration & Reporting

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for fund structures, ensuring compliance with client commitments, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of team members to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate and complete management reporting and statutory reporting for assigned structures.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, and prepare interim and annual statutory financial statements.
• Liaise with clients and auditors to facilitate audit planning, execution and regulatory filings, including tax and audited accounts.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards, reports and regulatory survey filings.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and complaints as required.
• Ensure all reporting complies with local law, IFRS and entity‑specific requirements.
• Support implementation of new processes, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date internal databases and client records in line with policy.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Ability to motivate, influence and develop a small team.
• Experience with IT systems/platforms and solid knowledge of accounting software and databases.
