Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for our fund administration clients. You will ensure compliance with SLA commitments, regulatory obligations and IFRS standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities of team members to meet client delivery deadlines.
• Plan, coordinate and complete management and statutory reporting for assigned structures.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements.
• Liaise with clients and auditors to facilitate audit planning, regulatory filings and tax compliance.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure all reporting complies with local law, IFRS and entity requirements.
• Support implementation of new processes and automation opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date internal databases and client records.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and develop a small team.
• Experience working with accounting software and database platforms.
