Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for our clients. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal service level agreements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of team members to meet client commitments, SLAs and internal policies.
• Plan, coordinate and complete management and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Review bookkeeping, management accounts and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and regulators to facilitate audits, tax filings and regulatory surveys.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards, reports and management presentations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Drive automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain internal databases and client records in line with policy.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and mentor a small team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
