Associate Manager Level 2 – Risk & Compliance

About the role

The Associate Manager Level 2 – Risk & Compliance will ensure MITCO operates with integrity and accountability, adhering to national and international laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. This senior position supports the company’s AML/CFT framework and overall risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update AML/CFT manuals for MITCO entities.
• Facilitate AML/CFT audits, monitor remediation, and ensure timely audit reporting.
• Participate in business risk assessments and endorse remedial plans.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare AML/CFT off‑site monitoring questionnaires and transaction monitoring reports.
• Draft responses to regulatory enquiries and third‑party examinations.
• Provide AML/CFT training to employees.
• Act as Designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (DMLRO) for MITCO entities and related structures.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (e.g., Management, Law, International Business, Finance).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the finance industry or global business sector.
• Desirable ACAMS certification and prior experience as an approved Compliance Officer/MLRO.
• Continuous development of technical knowledge and strong team orientation.
