Associate Manager – Operations

About the role

Apex Group is seeking an Associate Manager to join its inclusive team in Ebene, Mauritius. Reporting to the Operation Unit‑Head, you will support senior staff in maintaining records, managing bank accounts and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Monitor day‑to‑day tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies, and maintain statutory registers.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and minutes, and verify drafted minutes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in the global business sector or audit firm.
• Degree from a recognised institution and undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
