About the role
The Associate will drive resource management and growth in line with business objectives while delivering an excellent customer experience. This position focuses on cost containment, process improvement, and compliance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage resources to generate growth aligned with business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and control costs.
- Lead people management activities, fostering employee development and performance excellence.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and thought leadership within the functional area.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, audit, and internal process requirements.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base with creditworthy, profitable clients.
- Build cross‑functional relationships to enhance collaboration and innovation.
- Focus on optimal service delivery and continuous improvement of service processes.
- Contribute to budget development, monitor effectiveness, and report variances.
Required profile
- Proven experience in resource and people management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost control and process optimisation.
- Knowledge of legislative, audit and compliance standards.
- Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities with creditworthy customers.
- Excellent collaboration skills across teams and functional lines.
