Associate – Transfer Agency

About the role

The Associate – Transfer Agency will support the processing and review of investor capital activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely communication with investors. The role combines transaction processing, AML/KYC due diligence, cash reconciliation and investor reporting within a fast‑paced fund services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review investor capital activity transactions and related documentation.
• Conduct AML, KYC and investor due‑diligence reviews in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Monitor, reconcile and track cash movements associated with capital transactions.
• Prepare and distribute investor reporting such as contract notes, capital statements and other communications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, acting as an escalation point when needed.
• Coordinate daily workflow priorities to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
• Support audit and year‑end processes, including distribution of K‑1s and audited financial statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Shareholder Services, Investor Services, Fund Administration or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC and investor onboarding requirements.
