Backend Developer (.NET/C#) – CMDB

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a hands‑on Backend Developer specialized in .NET/C# to own the technical architecture and operational integrity of its Capacity, Availability & Asset Management platform. You will design, build and maintain integrations, services and data solutions that keep the CMDB, asset lifecycle and licensing data accurate and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end backend architecture, APIs, integration patterns and data flows for the CMDB platform.
• Develop scalable .NET/C# services and REST/GraphQL APIs that connect ServiceNow CMDB with enterprise systems.
• Create and optimise SQL database structures, queries, views and data‑processing pipelines.
• Implement automation‑first data population, reconciliation and validation to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud and Infrastructure teams to embed integrations into CI/CD pipelines and provide real‑time availability and capacity insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with .NET, C# and SQL Server.
• Proven experience designing, building and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar asset management platforms is a plus.
