About the role
We are looking for passionate bakers to join Ale Retail’s growing team in Mauritius. The role involves producing high‑quality bakery products, whether in artisan breads, pastry, or high‑volume production, within a modern retail and food concept focused on innovation, consistency and exceptional customer experience.
