About the role
Ale Retail is seeking enthusiastic bakers to join its growing team in Mauritius. The role involves producing high‑quality bakery items, from artisan breads to pastries, within a modern retail‑food concept.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other bakery products following established recipes.
- Maintain consistent product quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the bakery area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and customer expectations.
Required profile
- Passion for baking and a strong work ethic.
- Mauritian citizenship (as specified).
- Experience in artisan bread, pastry, or high‑volume bakery production.
