About the role

The Spa Therapist delivers authentic Balinese spa treatments and wellness services to guests at a luxury resort, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The role involves a range of massages, body treatments and facials while upholding strict hygiene standards and promoting spa products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Balinese massages, body treatments and facial therapies.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene, health and safety standards throughout the spa.
• Promote and recommend spa products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure each treatment meets the resort’s quality and authenticity standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel, resort or luxury spa.
• Ability to perform multiple massage techniques and beauty treatments.
• Knowledge of skincare products and wellness practices.
• Understanding of hygiene, health and safety regulations; luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.
