BI Insights Manager

About the role

The BI Insights Manager will lead a centralised analytics team within Rank Group’s Digital business. You will turn customer and transactional data into actionable insights that drive commercial decisions across acquisition, CRM, loyalty, cross‑sell and churn reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business performance, identify trends and conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Use customer and transactional data to design, test and optimise revenue‑boosting initiatives.
• Analyse campaigns, promotions and marketing activities, measuring success and recommending improvements.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analyses for commercial departments and create compelling customer stories.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and foster collaborative approaches.
• Recruit, coach and mentor the analytics team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Experience in an analytical role, preferably within gambling or gaming.
• BSc/BA in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams delivering actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to articulate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
