Brand Coordinator

About the role

The United Basalt Products Limited is looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Coordinator to join its Communication Department. The role focuses on strengthening the company’s brand presence across internal and external channels while supporting marketing initiatives and corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, evaluation and implementation of external marketing strategies.
• Organise and plan promotional campaigns, corporate events and client‑focused activities.
• Develop and execute internal communication campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage the company’s online presence and assist with digital marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging content and marketing materials for various communication channels.
• Coordinate production of advertisements, brochures, digital content and internal documents.
• Align branding and communication initiatives with business objectives across departments.
• Oversee sponsorship partnerships and corporate social responsibility programmes.
• Handle logistics, supplier management and on‑site support for assigned events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Communicate marketing and internal communication plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand coordination or content creation.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
• Understanding of sponsorship and CSR programmes is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
