Business Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to support the use of banking financial tools across its client base. You will act as a bridge between business users and the IT environment, ensuring smooth operation and adoption of financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide usage and support for banking financial tools.
• Configure business parameters within the applications.
• Gather business requirements and document functional specifications for the IT team.
• Perform end‑user acceptance testing and validate solutions.
• Facilitate communication between clients, end users, and technical teams.
• Assist end users as a key user of the accounting application.
• Participate in project management activities related to financial system implementations.

Required profile

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, software development lifecycle, or IT environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving setting.
• Strong leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
