Business Analyst / Scrum Master

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Scrum Master capabilities to support large‑scale digital transformations. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that agile practices drive valuable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
• Identify and remove blockers that impede team progress.
• Track and communicate sprint velocity, burndown charts, and other team metrics.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics.
• Conduct gap analysis, create process flows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and coordinate UAT, supporting defect management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a software development lifecycle role.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and business knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication in French and English.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
