Butler – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

As a Butler at Four Seasons Mauritius, you will be the dedicated point of contact for luxury residence guests, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized, seamless experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, including dietary requirements, allergies, special occasions, and personal habits.
• Coordinate all aspects of the guest journey with resort departments to ensure seamless execution of requests and personalized arrangements.
• Conduct villa inspections with Housekeeping for arrivals, daily servicing, and turndown preparation.
• Take full ownership of the assigned residence, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Arrange and oversee guest services such as dining experiences, amenities, laundry, transportation, spa bookings, concierge services, and special celebrations.

Required profile

• A‑levels or college education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment preferred.

Required skills

• Foreign language skills (e.g., Russian, Arabic, German, Chinese) are advantageous.
