Change & Engagement Manager

About the role

The Change & Engagement Manager will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of change initiatives within the Finance Factory, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained impact. You will act as the central liaison for stakeholders, translating complex changes into clear communication and supporting leaders to guide their teams through transition.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and track change management plans from impact assessment to stabilisation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, collect feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop and roll out cultural programmes that embed new ways of working, collaboration and leadership behaviours.
• Serve as the primary contact for change and engagement topics, aligning messages and managing expectations.
• Create and deliver communication and training materials to build required skills.
• Measure effectiveness of initiatives, report insights and continuously improve.
• Operate responsibly within an AI‑driven environment, adhering to data governance and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in HR, Change Management, Project Management or Organisational Development.
• Proven track record designing and executing structured change and engagement plans, preferably in finance or corporate settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of influencing senior leaders across cultures.
• Leadership experience (minimum 2 years) with coaching, conflict resolution and creating safe change environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, prioritize actions and adjust approaches based on feedback.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French or Portuguese are a plus.
