Change Lead – Business Transformation

About the role

The Change Lead is responsible for delivering business change initiatives that support ASR's strategic objectives, operational effectiveness and growth ambitions. Working across project management, business analysis and change management, the role leads change from discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions are clearly defined, effectively delivered and successfully embedded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of business change initiatives, ensuring requirements are understood and solutions aligned to business needs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, discussions and decision‑making to support effective change delivery.
• Manage change lifecycle, coordinating activities across business, technology and third‑party teams while overseeing plans, risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Assess and manage impact of change across people, processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring readiness and support.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption and transition to embed change into business operations.

Required profile

• Experience delivering business change, transformation, process improvement or operational initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Demonstrable capability across project management, business analysis and change management disciplines.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or change management methodologies (desirable).
• Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Miro or Visio (desirable).
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management or Continuous Improvement (desirable).
