Childcare Coordinator – Mini Club Med (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med’s Mini Club Med team as a Childcare Coordinator, responsible for creating magical moments for children aged 4 to 17 at our resort locations. You will lead a multicultural team, ensure safety, and deliver a diverse programme of sports, creative workshops, and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and supervise children throughout the resort, building confidence and fostering a safe environment.
• Organise and run games, workshops, fairs, shows and other activities for 34+ sports and creative sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and protect resort property.
• Coordinate with other resort departments to integrate children’s activities into the overall guest experience.
• Act as a role model, encouraging positive education principles and nurturing children’s happiness and well‑being.

• Enthusiastic, inventive and able to surprise children with engaging activities.
• Responsible and attentive to safety and operational standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Passion for children’s development and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
