Client Accountant – Shared Services

About the role

Accuro Group Services Ltd is expanding its shared services team and seeks a Client Accountant to provide high‑quality accounting services to a portfolio of trusts and companies managed by its international offices. The role involves accurate bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements and collaboration with on‑shore accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Work with on‑shore accountants and administrators to deliver accounting services within agreed budgets and policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounting records by posting transactions manually and via the client’s general ledger interface.
• Complete periodic bookkeeping, reconciliations and suspense‑item maintenance on schedule.
• Set up, transfer and close entities in Business Central General Accounting.
• Prepare financial statements using CaseWare and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Perform ad‑hoc accounting tasks as required and uphold Accuro’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience working with overseas jurisdictions and various entity structures.
• Knowledge of trust and company law principles and offshore accounting practices.
• Working towards a professional qualification (minimum ACCA Level 2) with at least three years of offshore management company experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with manual and computerised accounting systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Experience using CaseWare for financial statement preparation.
• Advanced use of spreadsheet applications.
